Shipping Information:

We use USPS as our primary shipping service. It may take us up to 72 hours to ship out your package. Most of the time however we ship out in 24 to 48 hours. Shipping rates are calculated based on the USPS online rate chart.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

For orders that have not yet shipped out, please give us a call at the number above. We will have to verify your name and order information, there's no fee for cancelling an order. For orders that have been shipped out, please send them back within 15 days from the date you received them. Please call us first to obtain an RMA number for your return. Everything must be returned in original packaging and in a new, never worn condition.
